• Stunning views of St Paul de Vence and the sea in the distance  • Heated swimming pool Carpe Diem is situated on the outskirts of the pretty, fortified hill town of St Paul de Vence on the road from La Colle sur Loup. St Paul de Vence, with its mosaic patterned streets, galleries and piazzas attracts visitors all year round. The villa was redecorated throughout in 2004. The rooms are spacious and most have doors to the terraces with spectacular views of the village and the sea in the distance. There is an American-style kitchen opening onto two further terraces with covered and open outdoor dining areas, barbecue and boules court. Steps from here lead down to the 10m x 5m swimming pool which is fenced for the safety of young children and can be heated at an extra cost. There is also a pool bar and summer kitchen with grill.
Carpe Diem Accommodation Lower Ground Floor: • En suite master bedroom and large sitting room with doors opening onto the pool terrace. • Billiards room/playroom with accommodation for up to four children. Ground Floor: • Kitchen with doors to terrace and outside barbecue and boules court. • Open-plan living room and dining room leading onto terrace.
