L’Argentin - This lobby restaurant offers Latin American specialties, including spit-roasted beef, lamb, and chicken, overlooking the Mediterranean. Open for dinner. Le Pistou - Located on the hotel roof, this terrace restaurant serves French and Italian cuisine with views of the casino, palace, and Mediterranean. Open seasonally from mid-March to late November for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Café Viennois - This café in the lobby is a popular spot for coffee drinks, homemade pastries, and light meals. Open from late morning until early evening. Lobby Bar - Fine champagnes, rare whiskeys, and other classic beverages top the menu at this lobby lounge. Occupying a prime location directly below the famous Monte Carlo casino, this oceanfront hotel opened in 1975 and became a Fairmont property in March 2005.
