It was in the heart of this peaceful paradise of natural beauty that the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, from its opening in February 1908, attracted the international elite who wintered on the French Riviera.

Our 21 pine forest view rooms offer a quiet and peaceful ambiance overlooking the hotel’s magnificent pine grove.We offer four different categories of pine forest view rooms, classical (270 sq. feet), superior (323 sq. feet), de luxe (538 sq. feet) and de luxe terrace (377 sq. feet with a very large terrace).
Sea view rooms
Our 23 sea view rooms overlook the Mediterranean, and the majority of them face South.
We offer four different categories of sea view rooms, classical (270 sq. feet), superior (323 sq. feet), de luxe (430 sq. feet) and deluxe terrace (430 sq. feet with a very large terrace).
Sea view suites
We offer 5 sea view suites of 592 sq. feet, each with a separate living room.
Suites deluxe
Our 5 deluxe suites offer different locations and ambiances in the hotel, and the majority of them have large terraces or are very spacious (up to 85 sq. meters). The roof top suite is 70 sq. meters with a very large terrace, one bedroom, living room and a dressing room.
Penthouse
The penthouse is the combination of the roof top suite and 2 deluxe sea view rooms with terrace.
This 3 014 sq. feet penthouse offers 3 bedrooms, one living room, three bathrooms, two very large terraces, jacuzzi on one terrace, hammam, and a large dressing room.

The Gourmet restaurant Le Cap, as a part of our gastronomic heritage, features dishes with extraordinary flavours. The chef’s  creations are inventive; he uses the best ingredients and is influenced by the Provence region.
Didier Aniés was appointed head Chef at the Grand-Hotel Du Cap-Ferrat in 2007, and "Meilleur ouvrier de France" in 2000, Didier Aniés is a member of the Academie Culinaire Française, the Grand Cordon d’Or de Monaco, the Disciples d’Auguste Escoffier and the club Prosper Montagné.
Didier Aniés’s cuisine is simple and delicious, unpretentious and elegant. He talks poetically about the recipes he prepares using ingredients that come exclusively from selected direct suppliers:
Fine lasagne with Aquitaine caviar, Baby leeks in olive oil, Roast rack of Aveyron lamb in an olive and parsley crust, Sole with candied aubergines
Since 2007, the hotel hosts one of the most precious Château d’Yquem collection, from 1854 to 2003. The Grand-Hôtel organizes regularly wine week ends featuring France’s greatest Châteaux.
