Hotel Martinez Accommodations:This Art Deco building incorporates 393 rooms including 60 Junior suites and 24 one or two-bedroom suites, all of which are luxuriously appointed with satellite color TV, internet access on television, in-house movies, individual air-conditioning, sound proofing, direct-dial phone, voice mail, dataport lines, fax machine and 24-hour room service in Deluxe & Seaview rooms and all Suites.
In May 2001, the Hotel just opened 2 UNIQUE PRESIDENTIAL PENTHOUSE SUITES with a surface of 10 000 sq feet on the top floor of the hotel, high above the sea and the Croisette promenade.
4 huge bedrooms in total, 2 sitting rooms equipped with the latest technologies, (large flat screen, DVD, Internet ...), saunas, out-door jacuzzis overlooking the bay of Cannes, (approximate rate of US 6700 per suite)
In addition to this, the hotel just decided to build up 20 new suites and deluxe bedrooms, each with a private terrace on the 7th floor. This project should be completed for the next Film Festival and will respect the spirit, the elegance and the refinement of the 2 master suites.

Cancellation policy:Room could be cancelled at no charge 24 hours prior to arrival (hotel's local time) If client does not cancel by this time, or is a no-show, he will be charged for one night. Different cancellation policies apply during festivals.
