Faventia - Earth tones, hardwood floors, sycamore tables, and stone walls showcasing regional sculpture and artwork give this hilltop restaurant a rustic flair. The menu features contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with Proven硬 influences, and a wide selection of local and international wines. Open for lunch and dinner, with seasonal dining on a shaded terrace overlooking the villages of Callian and Montauroux. A children?s menu is also available.
Tousco Grill - This seasonal restaurant adjacent to the swimming pool is situated on an outdoor terrace with views of the local villages. More casual than Faventia, Tousco Grill offers poolside cocktails and an à ¬a carte menu. Specialties include grilled meats, salads, brick oven pizzas, and gourmet sandwiches. Open from late June to early September, from midday until evening.
The Clubhouse - Located adjacent to the golf course, this clubby restaurant features zebra-print chairs, dark wood accents, a cozy fireplace, and views of the greens. Open daily for lunch and snacks, specializing in French and Proven硬 fare.
The Lounge - Adjacent to the lobby, this lounge with customized lighting and windows overlooking the terrace offers light meals, cocktails, afternoon tea, and nightly piano music. Open from midday to midnight.
