An attractive, contemporary villa set in a privileged location in a private, gated domain with breathtaking views from the terrace and pool over Napoule bay, taking in Cannes, the island of St Honoré and the Cap d’Antibes. Modern fixtures and fittings, together with hand made floor tiles, go some way to exemplify the high quality of this impeccably presented accommodation. The sitting area, with a large, arched window provides plenty of light and makes a wonderful spot to relax and appreciate the spectacular vista. All bedrooms come with en suite facilities and have either a private terrace or balcony with sea view. Outdoors, the well maintained garden is planted with a variety of fruit trees including apricot, olive and cherry and provides a number of dining terraces suited to different times of the day. The focus for outdoor living however is undoubtedly the 8m x 10m swimming pool, which with its 180 degree outlook is the ultimate spot for a glass of champagne while taking in the magnificent panorama. Please note that due to a drop on one side of the pool, children should be supervised at all times.
