This newly built, contemporary and minimalist villa lies between the villages of Menerbes and Lacoste. The villa is very spacious inside with local stone floors throughout. Whilst not Provenal, the villa is well equipped including electric shutters along the expansive front French windows, air-conditioning throughout and a fully equipped Gaggenau kitchen. The garden is full of almond trees, herbs and shrubs with pathways running around the property. Although there is no lawned garden, a small pathway leads down to the fenced 11m x 5m infinity swimming pool, offering spectacular views of the Luberon mountains with large parasols and wooden sunloungers. There is also a pool house with shower and WC. Young children would need to be supervised by the pool as there is a drop on one side.
