La Madeleine is an enchanting farmhouse built in traditional Provenal style and set in 25 acres of vineyard and 25 acres of woodland. The location is completely private and peaceful, yet within easy reach of Cogolin, St Tropez, Ste Maxime and beaches. It has been completely renovated with spacious, bright and tastefully furnished accommodation set on one level. For security there is an alarm and small built-in safe. The 15m x 7m swimming pool is about 50 metres from the house and is enclosed by a fence and hedge. Shade here is provided under a big canvas awning. From the pool area, there are sweeping, unspoilt views to the medieval hilltop village of Grimaud. There is a good tennis club at Cogolin (eight courts), equestrian centres, watersports, Go-Karting and several golf courses within a few miles as well as some lovely beaches.

All the accommodation is on one level:
• Living room has an open fireplace, Sky TV and comfortable furniture, opening onto the terrace.
• Fully equipped kitchen and dining table.
• Separate laundry room.
• Four twin bedrooms with fans, three have French windows opening onto terraces, furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor eating under a vine-covered loggia.
• Three bath/shower rooms.

Staff
Garden and pool regularly maintained. Maid service included Tuesdays and Saturdays, three hours a day.
