Le Manoir enjoys a quiet, tranquil setting in the heart of the Dordogne's rolling landscape. The nearest village is Verteillac, with a food shop, tennis and riding facilities. The main house dates from 1827 and has been simply and tastefully furnished. The grounds are magnificent with old stone walls, archways and pillars, and a large swimming pool (13m x 6m) that is fitted with an alarm. Guests can also enjoy a wide range of activities such as wine tours, cave tours, bike hire and private tennis lessons as all these can be pre-arranged at Le Manoir.

Maid service included three hours daily Monday to Friday, pool cleaning twice a week and garden maintenance weekly.
