Mirabelle is a modern well-appointed villa, lying below the charming medieval village of Eze, with outstanding views over the Mediterranean Sea. Situated halfway between Nice and Monte Carlo, it is well located to explore the towns and villages of this beautiful and exclusive part of the Côte d’Azur. The villa is reached from the road by a private lift and is air-conditioned throughout. The equipment in the villa and the facilities are of a very high standard and the plush soft furnishings are all in cream. All bedrooms enjoy sea views and have their own unique designs, choose between the African room or the Japanese room, whilst the living areas boast satellite TV, VCR, DVD and Internet connection. Please note that the owner has requested no children under 12 years.

Mirabelle Accommodations

Ground Floor:
• Large sitting room with two separate areas in which to relax.
• Dining room.
• Well-appointed kitchen.
• To the front of the house there is a lovely terrace with a heated 4m x 9m swimming pool and an outside bar area with barbecue.
Lower Ground Floor:
• Television room.
• Well equipped private gym.
• Large master double bedroom with en suite facilities.
• Three double bedrooms, of which one is en suite while the other two share a bathroom.
Second Floor:
• En suite bedroom with a private terrace and two small beds, suitable for staff only.

Staff
Housekeeping/maid service included four hours a day, six days a week, gardener/maintenance person.

Eze-Bord-de-Mer 7kms, Nice airport 35kms, Monte Carlo 15kms.
