Originally a farmer’s stone house this family home is peacefully located in a tranquil and quiet countryside on a verdant, wood-clad hill. The house lies in 1.5 acres of terraced grounds planted with olive, lemon, orange, fig and cherry trees, and offers an exceptionally large swimming pool (36' x 15') and real local character.
Notre Dame des Fleurs is situated between the mountains and the Mediterranean sea where medieval villages and local markets vie with the cosmopolitan glamour of the French Riviera. The villa boasts many terraces on which to sit back and enjoy the wonderful views and a lawn with fish pond for children to play as well as a trampoline and table tennis table and not forgetting the large swimming pool. The majority of the grounds, planted with many different fruit trees, are on four wide terraces that rise up behind the house, affording magnificent views of the surrounding countryside.
