This elegant Manoir estate sits in the sleepy hamlet of Varennes in the heart of the Dordogne. The property is walled and gated in to ensure privacy and has plenty of lawn and meadows for children to play. There is a gated pool terrace to one side with teak furniture and a further relaxing area. The interiors are extremely spacious with high ceilings and have been recently totally refurbished. There are two landings on the first floor enabling a certain amount of privacy for two families. Facilities available include a billiards room, children’s playroom with many toys and cable TV/VCR/DVD. The nearest shops to the property are in Couze, a short drive away.
