This charming villa has a rural location amongst the trees in the L'Oumède area, in the hills behind Pampelonne Beach. The property is accessed via a bumpy track, not suitable for low-slung cars. It is a very quiet, peaceful location with views over the countryside of pine trees and vineyards. The spacious terrace, furnished with sun loungers, leads to a lawn with swimming pool, approximately 10m x 4m, with a separate Jacuzzi at one end. At the other end of the terrace, there is a very large covered outdoor 'room' with beamed ceilings, sofas, chairs and a huge dining area. Some of the bedrooms are more basic, especially on the ground floor. Unprotected stairs from the living room to the master bedroom, plus the gallery overlooking the living room, may not be safe for young children.

La Prairie Accommodations

Ground Floor:
• Living room with high beamed ceilings, stone fireplace, TV, video and music system, opening onto the terrace.
• Four double bedrooms, two of which open onto terraces, and all with en suite bathrooms.
First Floor:
• Master bedroom with a large en suite bathroom complete with dressing room, Jacuzzi bath and shower and doors to private terrace with sea views.
• Two double en suite bedrooms, one of which opens onto a private covered terrace overlooking the pool and the sea.

Staff
20 hours obligatory maid service payable locally. A security guard is included in the price from 10pm to 5am, extra hours available on request at an additional cost.
