Le Devense is a beautifully converted olive farm, ten acres in size and located at the foot of the mountains near to the village of Oppède Le Vieux. It has been meticulously restored in typical Provenal style with features such as original clay tiles and wood beamed ceilings but also has many modern comforts including Sky box offering coverage of BBC, ITV and other satellite channels, a separate telephone line offering Internet and fax connection and fly screens on all the windows. The gardens are plentiful with fig trees, an apricot orchard, shrubs and roses. To the rear is an 11m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by lawn, a terraced olive grove with a delightful gazebo and a summer kitchen.

Le Devense Accommodations

Ground Floor:
• Entrance hall, dining room with fireplace, office/study with telephone/fax/Internet connection, stone shower and WC.
• Well equipped kitchen with pantry, doors to outdoor dining area under a pergola.
• Steps from entrance to formal lounge with fireplace, widescreen TV and DVD, antiques and doors to outside.
• Reading room/study with doors to outside.
• Steps from entrance to garden level with covered outdoor dining area.
First Floor:
• Master bedroom with French bed, en suite bathroom with limestone walk-in shower and air-conditioning.
• Two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
Second Floor (under eaves):
• Two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with WC both with air-conditioning.

Staff
Housekeeper included Monday to Friday, three hours each morning between 9-12am, can provide a cold meal on arrival plus basic groceries on request. Garden and pool maintenance included.

Maubec 3kms, Avignon 36kms, Marseille airport 65kms.
