This lovely modern house is situated near the pretty villages of Paradou and Maussane. Accessed via a wooded path and then an electric gate, the property is very private, whilst only being a few kilometres from neighbouring villages, local shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The gardens are full of pine, olive and various fruit trees, whilst the 15m x 5m alarm protected swimming pool has been placed in the garden near the house, above which the terraces have stunning views over the countryside. There is a gas barbecue and boules court for guests to enjoy. Golf players will appreciate the close proximity of two courses, Mouriès and Les Baux de Provence and there are numerous walks for nature lovers. As the landing is open in places we do not recommend the house for toddlers.
