This beautiful house, constructed in traditional style from Provenal stone with pale blue shutters sits in a tranquil, rural location between Maussane and Eygalières. Access is via a driveway with trees on one side and vineyards on the other. The rooms to the front of the house open to a terrace with pergola covered dining area and views over the countryside. There is a small lawn to the front, and just beyond a boules court. On one side is a fenced 6m x 12m swimming pool, bordered by lavender bushes and olive trees. At one end of the pool is a very attractive covered dining area with built-in barbecue and fridge, and adjacent shower room/WC. Inside the property the rooms have exposed ceiling beams and terracotta tiled floors and they are tastefully and comfortably furnished.

Ground Floor:
• Spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, decorative alcoves and French doors to the terrace.
• Large and very well equipped kitchen.
• Dining room.
• Utility room with washing machine, microwave and freezer.
First Floor:
• Separate WC.
• Two double bedrooms with en suite showers and one with dressing room.
• Three double bedrooms all with French beds.
• Separate bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin.

Staff
Maid service included six hours a week. Cook service on request at an extra charge.

Maussane 4kms, Eygalières/Les Baux de Provence 9kms, St Rémy de Provence 12kms, Arles 19kms, Marseille airport 70kms.
