This beautifully designed villa has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and offers every comfort. It is situated in the Sante Anne area, just two kilometres from the centre of St Tropez. From the terraces and garden there are views of the sea in the distance. The interiors have an Italian feel with terracotta tiled floors, luxurious marble bathrooms and painted wall frescoes in the living room. The accommodation is all on one level with the rooms opening to terraces and the pretty lawned gardens with flowerbeds and trees. The rear terrace has an attractive covered dining area. From the front garden, there are steps down to the pool (14m x 6m) on a lower level surrounded by a sun terrace and small lawn. The pool has steps at each end and several stone statues. There is also a large shower room and a steam room.
