Architect-designed and filled with designer features, the villa is divided into two equal halves, each with its own living and sleeping facilities, making the villa particularly suitable for either two groups or one large party. The open-plan gourmet kitchen will satisfy even the largest party gathering, and has access to the surrounding terraces and gardens. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, while satellite television, Broadband Wi-Fi Internet access and photo-quality scan/print/fax machine are all available to guests here. All bedrooms have private bathrooms (either en suite or adjacent), some with designer fixtures by Philippe Starck. Rooms on the first floor benefit from private balconies with sea views. Outdoors, lush gardens, planted with bamboo, citrus, jasmine and vines surround the summer terraces, while beyond an enclosed grassy area makes an ideal spot for relaxation or play. A 12m swimming pool with deck surround is well positioned to enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine and the views over the bay to St Tropez itself. Please note that in the summer months some seasonal traffic noise can be heard.
