A classic villa with traditional red tomette floor tiles and tall French doors, it has been completely updated and furnished in a casually elegant style without losing any of its old-world charm. A spacious, bright American-standard kitchen is appreciated by anyone who enjoys cooking. The double-length living room adjoins a large dining room, with both opening directly to the garden terrace and views of the sea. If work calls, the office offers a well lit retreat, and a high speed Internet connection.

In the morning, stroll to the nearby open-air market for fresh croissants, then enjoy breakfast on the shady front terrace. Then grapple with a host of difficult decisions for the rest of the day - whether to relax in a quiet corner of the gardens under swaying palm trees, take a dip in the pool, or wander down to one of the best beaches in the region at the foot of the property.

Sleeps up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms. On middle floor: bedroom 1 (King, 78”) & bathroom (tub, walk-in shower, double sink); terrace access to bedroom 2 (Queen, 63”) with in-room bathtub; bedroom 3 (Twins, 36”, can be combined as King) with en suite bathroom (tub); bedroom 4 (double, 55”) with en suite bathroom (tub); bedroom 5 (Queen, 63”) with en suite bathroom (tub). Top floor: bedroom 6 (King-sized twins, 78”) with en suite bath (tub) for adults or young people. Ground floor powder room.

Large double living room opens to dining room, both with fireplaces and opening to outside terrace. Library/TV room with stylish dark leather club chair and sofa, makes a cozy retreat; separate office/study; large second floor balcony.

Generous outdoor terraces & dining area. Swimming pool (20'x 40'). Gardens. Resident caretaker in separate annex. Views & direct access to Mediterranean beaches.

Satellite TV (BBC, CNN, etc.), CD, DVD, high speed Internet connection. Central heat. Well equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, food processor, espresso maker. Clothes washer, dryer.
