This delightful and stylish 18th century country home is named for the range of low hills at the foot of which it is set. The well-tended gardens, planted with fragrant roses, wild herbs and rows of olive trees offers complete privacy despite the proximity of two mid-sized towns and a local village just minutes away. Each room of La Montagnette is a decorator's showcase–the welcoming reds and golds of the living room; the bright, well-equipped eat-in kitchen; the elegant décor of each bedroom; even a cozy nook with English videos and books. An ideal home base for a group of adults.

Sleeps up to 8 adults in 4 double bedrooms (one 54" bed, three 60" beds) plus 2 older children in 1 twin bedded room. Bedroom 1 has en suite shower and toilet; bedroom 2 has bath and sink in room (screened off); bedroom 3 has shower and toilet off landing; bedroom 4 has en suite bath and sink; bedroom 5 has en suite bath and sink, toilet on landing.

Airy, well equipped eat-in kitchen; dining room with fireplace; snug TV/reading room; living room with fireplace. Kitchen and living room give on to stone terrace and garden. Downstairs cloakroom/toilet.

Pool (19' x 38'); outdoor eating on shady, stone terrace; large, well-tended gardens with formal and informal areas.
