The property itself accommodates both a large group of adults and one or two families equally well. There is a variety of casual living spaces scattered between the main house and the separate guest wing that allows enough room for everyone to get together or to find a quiet corner for privacy. A wonderful indoor-outdoor flow provides access to outdoor living spaces: terraces, shaded dining, and the pool area. And, over apéritifs at the end of the day, be sure to try your hand at a spirited game of boules in the large entry courtyard!

Comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults in 5 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, plus extra child's room. Bedroom 1 (Queen, 63") & Bedroom 2 (Queen, 63"), both on middle floor, have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Study has extra bed (Single, 35") which can be used by child or nanny. Top floor master Bedroom 4 (Twins, 34", can be combined as King) has en suite with tub. Ground floor powder room. Bedroom 4 (Twins, 34", can be combined as King)) & Bedroom 5 (Queen, 63"), in separate guest wing with exterior access, both have en suite bathrooms (walk-in showers).
