La Maltese Estate Restaurant - This small, à la carte restaurant specializes in Mediterranean cuisine made with seasonal produce and fresh, local seafood. A lounge menu with light treats and international delicacies is served from noon until late evening. Lounge Bar - Cocktails, champagnes, and other beverages are served beside the pool.
Recreation The hotel’s 2,700-square-foot veranda features a plunge pool with panoramic caldera views.
