Villa Alexanthia is a brand new villa, with a secluded beach only minutes walk away, where only a very few people ever visit. The outdoor area is formed by a magnificent large asymmetric infinity pool (20m x 6m). Together with the sea and sky, the pool forms “the three blues” infinity view. There is a barbecue and dining area with a large marble table, shower to use before and after entering the pool or for refreshment under the sun.

Villa Alexanthia Accommodations

Ground Floor - all rooms open onto a terrace:
• Large open-plan living/dining room with a 42’’ flat LCD TV, satellite TV and DVD player.
• Fully equipped kitchen with the latest Miele appliances and Gageneau electric/gas cook tops.
• Three twin/ king-size bedrooms with en suite rainshower bathrooms and TV/DVD.
First Floor:
• Master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV/DVD and huge en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and rainshower.
• Twin children’s bedroom with canopy beds accessed via a small indoor bridge.
Lower Ground Floor:
• Guest apartment with an en suite queen bedroom, living room kitchenette and private sea view terrace.
• Staff quarters.
• Space for dancing with a bar.

Staff
Resident couple who provide maid service three times a week. Chef services on request.

Airport 20 - 25 mins drive, nearest shops 15 - 20 mins drive, nearest beach Lia, 3 mins drive.
