• Front hall leading to a living room, a library with balcony, a formal dining room and a well equipped kitchen. • Dining and living rooms lead onto a large patio with a stone barbecue, dining area and pergola. Lower Ground Floor: • Games room with snooker/billiards and TV, leading onto a patio and pool, a stone barbecue and dining furniture, linked by dumb waiter to the kitchen. • Two twin/king-sized bedrooms sharing a bathroom and living room. • King - sized double and a single bedroom sharing a bathroom. First Floor: • Three bedrooms, two king-sized doubles ( 6ft x 6ft 6in) and two twin beds linked together to form a queen sized bed ( 5ft x 6ft 6in) , all en suite. • Two of these bedrooms open to balconies while the master bedroom has two en suites, one with shower and the other with Jacuzzi, and opens onto a large porch.
