Mauna Kea Fairways Property Amenities
 Located on the south fairways of the golf course at the Mauna Kea Beach Resort, these individually designed homes offer upscale lodging in a quiet, residential setting on the Big Island's Kohala Coast. Homes are located on the upland side of the course and offer views of the fairways, resort, and the ocean a short walk away.
Guests also have access to the many facilities throughout the Mauna Kea Resort complex, which includes the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel, two golf courses, and two beaches set among 1,800 acres of tropical greenery. Charging privileges are provided for both hotels' spas, fitness centers, and restaurants.

Each of these homes features a private lanai with swimming pool, often with a spa tub. Guests also have access to the recreational amenities throughout the Mauna Kea Resort complex, including tennis courts, fitness centers, and two golf courses. The adjacent Mauna Kea Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., is noted for its undulating greens and panoramic views from snow-capped Mauna Kea to the blue Pacific. The Hapuna Gold Course, a short walk away, follows the area's natural contours from shoreline to about 700 feet above sea level. The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

Private lanai, gourmet kitchen, marble floors, luxury furnishings. Air conditioning, ceiling fans. Entertainment center with TV, VCR and stereo. Housekeeping twice weekly.
#8 - 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath - Elegant 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath residence located on south fairways of grounds of Mauna Kea Resort. One king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds. 2,548 square feet. Sliding glass doors open a full 24 feet to private lanai with ocean views, black bottom swimming pool, spa tub, manicured gardens. Luxury furnishings, gourmet kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fans, housekeeping twice weekly.
#12 - 4 Bedroom 3.5 Bath - Unique 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa is located on eighth fairway of Mauna Kea Resort. Two master suites, each with king bed, and two twin beds in each of other two bedrooms. Large "great room" design with panoramic ocean views, lanai, private pool, spa tub, complete kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, ceiling fans, housekeeping twice weekly.
