The Royal Kona Resort in compliance with Hawaii State Law is an 80% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted in some guestrooms in our Bay Tower. All guestrooms in the Alii and Lagoon Towers are non-smoking. Smoking rooms are available upon request. Smoking is not permitted in any public areas with the exception of the Lagoon Terrace, the Sunset Cove and in a designated smoking section by the pool. A cleaning fee will be charged to those who violate this policy.
