Banyan Suite

One-bedroom Banyan Suites feature a large terrace overlooking mature banyan trees. A sliding door separates the sitting room from the bedroom, providing complete privacy.

Four Seasons Resort Lana'i, The Lodge at Koele offers Lomi Lomi, sports and aromatherapy massages by appointment in the privacy of your guest room or suite, or in the private treatment room of our Fitness Center. A full service spa is available at Four Seasons Resort Lana'i at Manele Bay.

Massages are available to guests 12 years of age or older. Guests between the ages of 12 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the treatment. For other spa treatments, guests under 16 years of age require parental approval or presence during the treatment.

Terrace
A casual, refined atmosphere with stunning views of the gardens and Reflecting Pond, Terrace offers contemporary American cuisine with traditional Hawaiian elements. Nightly specialties and inspired vegetarian options complement a unique array of appetisers and entrées. A children's and teen menu is also available. Seats 75.

The Experience at Koele Clubhouse

Hulopo'e Court
Named after Hulopo'e Bay, the immaculate white-sand beach gracing Lana'i's shoreline, Hulopo'e Court is Four Seasons Resort Lana'i at Manele Bay's main dining room. Views from it are the stuff of legend. While taking in its casual sublimity, discover myriad traditional cuisines reflecting different cultures of the Aloha State. The 145-seat ocean-view restaurant serves á la carte and buffet breakfast, as well as dinner daily.

Ihilani
Ihilani, heavenly splendour in Hawaiian, conjures images of romantic dinners for two in elegant surroundings – with the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop. The menu of contemporary Italian cuisine is enticing, and the selection of fine wines will satisfy the most discerning connoisseurs.

Ocean Grill
Savour delicious fresh local seafood with Asian influences in the al fresco oceanfront setting of the Ocean Grill. During the day, enjoy a casual lunch between laps in the adjacent pool. Come evening, start with drinks at the Pool Bar and continue with a seafood feast at the Grill. Seats 140. The Pool Bar seats 16.

The Challenge at Manele Clubhouse
Cliff-side dining at The Challenge at Manele Clubhouse is an inspiring motivator – or fitting celebration – for a day on the golf course. Savour island-influenced cuisine while enjoying panoramic ocean vistas and breathtaking fairway views. Ideal for lunch or afternoon refreshments.

Lounges
Tea Room Bar
In the refined setting of the Tea Room Bar, creative cocktails and a wide selection of drinks will warm you on a chilly night in the highlands, along with a light menu. A sampling of favourites includes Ahi Sashimi Rose; Potted Crab and Artichoke Spread with warm garlic bread; and Mini Beef Burgers. Seats 25.

Great Hall
Every evening, you can relax to the tunes of Hawaii or Broadway favourites, played by local musicians. Every afternoon, you can enjoy afternoon tea or order from the special hot chocolate menu. A menu of pupus (appetisers), desserts, specialty cocktails and coffees is available. Seats 48.

Trophy Room
In the Trophy Room, guests can enjoy a game of pool, shuffleboard, foosball or a variety of other table games, or simply relax and watch a favourite sports programme on the 46-inch (116 centimetre) LCD television. Internet-accessible computers are available. The menu includes drinks and snacks.

Hale Ahe Ahe Lounge
Mingle and make new friends at the Hale Ahe Ahe Lounge, an open-air sports bar commanding dramatic views of the ocean at Four Seasons Resort Lana'i at Manele Bay. Guests can enjoy a game of pool in the Lounge's poolroom or a variety of table games in the games room, or they can simply relax and watch their favourite sports programme on the 46-inch (116-centimetre) LCD television. The lounge serves a variety of specialty cocktails and seats 46.

Fitness facilities

The state-of-the-art Fitness Center features a weight room, men's and women's locker rooms and a spa treatment room. Guests 12 years of age and older are welcome to use the fitness facilities.

Pool

With views of rolling hills and lush landscaped gardens, the Lodge's pool and two whirlpools are designed for quiet and relaxation. Pampering Four Seasons poolside services regularly offered by pool attendants include ice water, Evian spritzes, chilled towels and amenities.

Golf

The Experience at Koele
Designed by golf legend Greg Norman and architect Ted Robinson, this championship course offers stunning views of mountains and lush greens, with the ocean in the distance. It offers dramatic contrast to The Challenge at Manele, with a cooler climate, wooded slopes, manicured bunkers and terraced water hazards.

The course begins on a plateau nearly 2,000 feet (610 metres) above sea level, with sweeping views of Maui and Molokai across the ocean channel. The signature hole, Number 17, plays from a 250-foot (76-metre) elevated tee to a fairway bordered by a lake on one side and dense foliage the other. The front nine move dramatically through ravines wooded with pine, koa and eucalyptus trees, and seven lakes and flowing streams with cascading waterfalls dot the entire course. No other course offers a more incredible combination of highland terrain, inspired landscape architecture and a range of play challenges. Playing a round here will ensure you bragging rights, no matter what your score.
