The Whale Center of the Pacific is tucked away on the upper level of Whalers Village, adjacent to the hotel. The Westin Maui Resort and Spa Dining tropica - Overlooking the Kaanapali beach walk, this open-air, ocean-view restaurant specializes in fresh island seafood and grilled items. Colonnade Café - Open-air dining overlooking koi ponds and waterfalls. Serving coffee, tropical drinks, and light fare throughout the day. Hawaiian entertainment nightly at sunset. Sea Dogs - Located near the pools, ocean, and beach walk, this casual food stand offers cold drinks and snacks from mid-morning until mid-afternoon.

This resort participates in the Sheraton Stay at One, Play at All program, in which guests have signing privileges at the neighboring Sheraton Maui Resort. Children 12 and younger eat free at select restaurants.
Property amenities Part of the Kaanapali Resort in West Maui, the Westin surrounds an expansive aquatic playground of interconnecting pools, tropical gardens, and spa tubs. Beach and ocean activities, including scuba-diving lessons, can be arranged on site; fees may apply.
‘OnO Bar & Grill serves casual poolside fare, Colonnade Café offers live Hawaiian entertainment at sunset, and the open-air tropica restaurant and bar specializes in fresh seafood and island cuisine. The resort's 45,000 square feet of meeting and event space include a ballroom for 875 guests and an outdoor gazebo set amidst waterfall gardens. Wireless Internet access is available in the lobby and other public areas (surcharge).
Valet parking: Recreation The centerpiece of the resort is its 87,000-square-foot aquatic playground with five interconnected pools, spa tubs, swim-through grottos, waterfalls, meandering streams, and a 128-foot water slide. Scuba-diving lessons and other aquatic classes are offered daily (surcharge).
The 15,000-square-foot spa (surcharge) offers 16 treatment rooms, an outdoor yoga garden, an ocean-view lounge, and men's and women's locker rooms with saunas, steam rooms, and spa tubs. Westin Kids Club (surcharge) specializes in Hawaiian cultural activities for children ages 5–12. At the adjacent Kaanapali Beach, rentals are available for water activities such as snorkeling, catamaran sailing, parasailing, and kayaking. The resort is within a half-mile of Kaanapali's two 18-hole golf courses, including the Tournament North Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. The Kapalua Golf Courses and golf academy are seven miles away. Sight-seeing and whale-watching cruises, deep-sea fishing excursions, and water-sports rentals are available at Lahaina Harbor, four miles away.
