Kea Lani Restaurant - Overlooking the adult pool and the ocean below, this indoor/outdoor terrace hosts buffet and à la carte breakfast daily.
Caffe Ciao Restaurant - This Italian restaurant has a pizza oven fueled with kiawe wood, a romantic open-air patio, and an extensive wine list. Open for lunch and dinner.
 Nick’s Fishmarket Maui - With a Mediterranean ambience, this fine-dining seafood restaurant features island flavors and local ingredients, plus a collection of about 2,000 bottles of wine. Open for dinner only.
Polo Beach Grille & Bar - Adjacent to the upper-level lagoon, this oceanview terrace serves tropical drinks and casual fare such as burgers, seared ahi salads, and sandwiches. Includes a swim-up bar. Open from midmorning until early evening.
Lobby Bar - Offering live Hawaiian entertainment and a menu of martinis, wines, and tropical drinks. Open from early until late evening.
Caffe Ciao Bakery & Deli - A gourmet bakery and deli selling take-out pasta dishes, sandwiches, salads, breads, fine cheeses, and a selection of chocolates and bottled wines.
The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui Villas Policies
Dogs up to 20 lbs. from within the state of Hawaii are accepted with a daily fee of $25 charged per pet (fee subject to change). Restrictions may apply for out-of-state pets.
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
There are no room charges for children 17 and younger when staying in the same room as their parents or guardians and using existing bedding.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.

A 22,000-square-foot water complex includes two freeform lagoon pools connected by a 140-foot water-slide tunnel, a grotto, spa tub, and swim-up bar. A quiet adult pool with spa tub and a children’s wading pool are also on site.
The resort's 24-hour fitness center provides personal training (surcharge), free weights, strength-training and cardio equipment, and complimentary fitness classes such as yoga and water aerobics.
 Guests enjoy a complimentary outrigger canoe excursion, and cultural activities such as hula dancing are available (fees may apply). A year-round program (surcharge) provides half- and full-day activities for children ages 5–12.
The resort's gardens front Polo Beach, where an activities desk rents snorkel gear and other beach-related equipment. Excursions to Molokini Islet, just offshore, can also be arranged (surcharge).
Within two miles of the resort are Wailea Golf Club's three 18-hole championship courses and the 11-court Wailea Tennis Center.
