Honolua Bay, a famous surfing spot and scuba diving favorite occasionally has enormous, but beautiful waves that can be viewed from the pineapple fields high above.

Maui is surrounded by unique little bays, and cozy coves that are perfect for the romantically inclined. They are all different, all beautiful, but some are downright difficult, if not dangerous to get to, especially on the windward side. On the Lee side where Lahaina is nestled up against the most incredible lush scenery, the scuba diving and snorkeling is fabulous! There are dive shops handy so you don't have to burden yourself with heavy gear while traveling.
