Lauded as one of the best resort spas in the world and a destination itself, the luxurious Ihilani Spa consists of 35,000 square feet on three floors and includes an open-air lap pool, a water-exercise pool, and many usual and not-so-usual spa options. Separate men's and women's areas include saunas, steam rooms, and open-air relaxation areas. Ihilani Hotel Resort Property Amenities  Tranquility abounds in this 387-room, two-wing hotel that is painted all-white, providing a pure background for extensive gardens and orchids. A 15-story atrium-lobby with a marble floor introduces the hotel's gracious tranquility, enhanced by Hawaiian music. Broad steps lead from the lobby down to three linked ponds (one for sharks, one for rays, and a third for colorful reef fish) bordered by gardens and threaded by walkways.
From the beach, the hotel offers complimentary outrigger-canoe rides. A shuttle service is available three days a week to and from Honolulu's famous Ala Moana Shopping Center and Waikiki (surcharge).
Ushio-Tei - This exquisite Japanese restaurant features a sushi bar, Kaiseki meals, and tatami rooms. Poolside Grill - Serving Hawaiian appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and tropical drinks, this open-air grill offers views of the ocean and is open for lunch and late-day appetizers. Evenings feature live entertainment. Espresso Café - Located in the lobby lounge, this is the spot for complimentary morning coffee and for purchasing pastries, juice, and fruit. Niblick - This casual spot is located in the clubhouse at Ko Olina Golf Club and includes the Bridge Bar.
