This intimate newly-built resort is based on Sri Lanka's west coast known as the 'Golden Mile'. Here, guests embark on a journey to discover their inner selves through therapy, meditation, peace and solitude. This is an ideal environment for those seeking in-house Ayurveda therapy, where treatments are complemented by the cuisine and expert knowledge of trained, experienced doctors. The resort's architect has designed Ayurveda Pavilions with the existing landscape in mind in order to maintain the natural harmony.

Accommodation
Accommodation comes in the form of 12 luxury villas, each with their own garden and treatment room, ensuring maximum privacy. The queen-sized/medium luxury villas comprise a treatment room, bedroom area, bathroom and courtyard, while the king-sized/super luxury villas also offer an indoor garden, open-air bath with shower and TV as well as CD player.

Facilities and Services

The cuisine served at Ayurveda Pavilions' à la carte restaurant follows the principles of Ayurveda. Fresh food including seafood is enhanced by a range of herbs while herbal porridge, garden vegetables and fruits are served every day. Herbal teas and fresh juices are also available.

This paradise of unlimited sun, sea and sand is enhanced by the character of the local region, a harmonious crossroad of religions and cultures. Negombo is affectionately known as 'Little Rome', as a result of the Catholic churches littered across the landscape. The fishing villages of Old Dutch Fort as well as local churches, temples, batik factories and handicraft shops offer interesting attractions for tourists.

In house Ayurveda centre with 7 treatment rooms, 3 resident doctors with 1 chief doctor/ professor who will make daily visits. All ayurveda medicine and ingredients are locally made, Male and female therapists, ayurveda boutique, ayurveda cookery demonstrations.

Dugdha Dhara (Milk with Herbs)
Against general discomfort, insomnia, giddiness, improves the nervous system

Shiro Vasti (Oliation of Head)
Against psychological imbalance, headaches, malfunction of throat, nose and ears
