Our time at the One & Only in the Maldives was outstanding. We could have spent at least another 2 days there. It was perfect. I don't have adequate words to express our appreciation for the time and effort you put in to resolving the problem which was created when Jet Lite cancelled our flights from India to the Maldives & back. The 12 1/2 hours time difference between California & India made it challenging for us both to communicate (when you were awake, we were asleep, and when you were asleep, we were awake). We were naturally concerned, but knew you were devoting 100% of your time and effort to resolving the problem for us....and you did. If you had any out of pocket expenses for phone calls or anything, we would like to re-imburse you for that. We will remember how you helped us, and we all thank you. Thank you again. Fred R.
