Day 2 - Rome
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. This evening, we discover Rome Illuminated by night and enjoy dinner. (D)

Day 3 - Rome - pompeii - sorrento
Morning, we drive south along the motorway of the sun by passing Montecassino Abbey to Naples. An orientation tour will show the beauties of the old capital city of the Reign of Sicily & Naples. Then to Pompeii for a guided visit through the excavated town, once buried by ashes from Vesuvius volcano eruption in 79 A.D. Proceed along the Southern coast road to
Sorrento. Dinner at our hotel. (BB D)

Day 4 - Sorrento - capri - sorrento
After breakfast, transfer to the port for a short cruise along the Naples bay to the Isle of Capri. A guided tour will show the best sites of this famous island. In Anacapri we are offered the opportunity to choose between a ride on a chair lift over the slopes
of Mount Solaro or a visit of Axel Munthe Villa. Lunch at a local restaurant. Then to Capri town. See the Piazzetta and the Caesar Augustus Gardens with spectacular view over the Faraglioni rocks and Marina Piccola. Return by funicular and embark to Sorrento. Return to the hotel. Tonight, enjoy a local restaurant on your own. (BB L)

Day 5 - Sorrento - positano - amalfi
Today’s highlight will be the beautiful drive along the Amalfi Coast road. First, we visit the resort of Positano, once called Poseidon by the Greeks, nowadays an international resort for actors and wealthy families. Time on your own for lunch by the sea or enjoy
shopping. Later, we drive along the coast and stop to view the Emerald Grotto and ts blue waters. Then weather permitting, a private boat will take us following the coast to Amalfi. Check in at the hotel where dinner is served. (BB D)

Day 6 - Amalfi
Late morning departure to visit the town of Ravello and Atrani. Ravello will offer you magnificent views from Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo. After independent lunch we drive to Atrani fisherman’s village to savor the Mediterranean flavor and to see St. Saviour church dated 10th century. Return to Amalfi. Tonight, dinner is served in a famous local restaurant. (BB D)

Day 7 - Amalfi
Today is a day to relax and visit shops and the market or perhaps the Port Museum. Sit outside a local café and enjoypeople watching while sipping a delicious cappuccino.Find your own little place to have lunch by the sea. Chance to join an optionalexcursion to see Salerno and Paestum Temple. (BB)

Day 8 - Amalfi - rome
Today, we drive to the small sea town of Vietri, the first town of the Amalfitana Coast. Here we have the chance to shop for last minute souvenirs and gifts as this town is famous for its ceramics and pottery. After, we drive to Rome and check-in at our hotel. Tonight, explore Rome on your own. (BB)

Day 9 - Rome vatican museum
Today, enjoy the treasures of the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel. Our tour allows us time to admire the artistic masterpieces collected and commissioned by the Popes. We see the famous Tapestry Gallery and Gallery of Maps and the masterpieces in the Sistine Chapel. Take your time - Michelangelo spent 11 years in the preparation of the vault and altar wall! Our
visit will be enhanced by the effective use of our excellent audio system. Tonight, enjoy

Day 10 - Rome - usa
Morning transfer to Fiumicino airport (FCO) for your return flight. (BB)
