Day 2 - Ciao italia
Arrival in Venice (VCE) and group transfer to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. (D)

Day 3 - Flavours of venice
After breakfast, departure to Venice.Sightseeing of this city, that does not need any further introduction. Here we go to a “Cichetteria” to taste the typical “cicchetto”, the particular lunch prepared with very fresh local fish and other delicacies with wine pairing. Afternoon at leisure. Enjoy dinner together this evening. (BB L D)

Day 4 - Prosecco hills - bassano delgrappa - conegliano veneto
We visit a dairy factory that has been making traditional cheeses for four generations. Among the vineyards we will enjoy some cheeses with a glass of Prosecco, the white sparkling wine famous worldwide. Afterwards, we will head towards Prosecco hills in order to visit one of the most respected estates located at a Palladian Villa of the 17th century, where at the end of the visit we will be treated with 3 local wines and cold cuts. We continue towards the charming Bassano del Grappa, we will go for a stroll in the historical centre. Here we visit one of the oldest distilleries of grappa for a tasting. (BB L D)

Day 5 - San daniele del friuli - udine
Departure to Friuli region, we visit San Daniele del Friuli, the “mecca” of thefamous“prosciutto” (ham). At a ham factory we discover the secrets of its preparation and we enjoy a lunch with San Daniele ham and other local delicacies with a glass of Merlot of Colli Orientali. Afterwards, we continue towards Udine. Sightseeing tour of the city that preserves a Venetian imprinting in its Loggia of Lionello. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Udine. (BB L D)

Day 6 - Discovering colli orientalicollio-goriziano - cividale - the mosaics of aquileia
After breakfast we head towards Cividale del Friuli, sightseeing tour of the attractive medieval town. We continue towards Collio, famous for its wine production. We sample authentic delicacies of the local gastronomic tradition at an “Agriturismo” among the vineyards of Collio. After we visit a top estate at a medieval castle to taste some of its best wines. We have a “grappa tasting” at a local distillery. In the afternoon, we visit the Roman archaeological site of Aquileia. Dinner and overnight in Udine. (BB L D)

Day 7 - Ijubljana, the charming capital city (slovenia)
Today, we head towards Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia. Sightseeing tour of the city with its baroque city center, to admire the castle overlooking the city, the beautiful bridges and the colourful market. We have a tasting of the most famous Slovenian wines and local products. .Dinner will be served at a typical Slovenian restaurant; experiencing traditional dishes from Karst cuisine. Overnight at our hotel in Trieste. (BB L D)

Day 8- Trieste
Today is dedicated to discover Trieste, the capital city of the region Friuli Venezia Giulia. We visit an oil mill that produces a D.O.P. oil well renowned and a wine cellar.After, we enjoy wine and oil tasting with local delicacies. Afternoon at leisure in the city center of Trieste. Farewell Dinner at an elegant restaurant in city centre. (BB L D)

Day 9- Arrivederci !
After breakfast, we checkout and we group transfer to the airport. (BB)
