From 7pm until midnight during the warmer months a pianist plays, sending gentle music floating on the evening air. The Loggia Bar is open from 10.00 am until 1.00 am, snacks are served from 11.30 am to 7.30 pm. A late supper menu is served from 11.30 pm to 1.00 am. The Small Cloister Bar is located in the old monastery, in what was once a Cloister, and is now covered with a glass roof and furnished in antique style with comfortable armchairs and relaxed informality. The ideal resting place after a day exploring the magnificence of Florence. The Small Cloister Bar is open from 10.00 am until 1.00 am, snacks are served from 11.30 am to 7.30 pm. A late supper menu is served from 11.30 pm to 1.00 am.
Enjoy a refreshing cocktail by the pool whilst you contemplate the view. The Pool Bar is open from 10.00 am until 7.00 pm, lunch is served from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm.
For the more adventurous mountain bikes are available for trips to Fiesole of Florence, where cyclists will find excellent pedestrian areas and cycle tracks.

Once upon a time the Prior’s quarters, it occupies the whole corner of the monastery, with two windows overlooking Florence and the Arno Valley and two windows enjoying the peaceful sight of the Italian Garden and the wooded park.
