Standard Room : Standard Rooms are beautifully appointed with a king or twin beds overlooking the Hotel gardens, some with private balcony, and are approximately 17 square metres in size.

Superior Room : Superior Rooms are beautifully appointed with a king or twin beds and overlook the Hotel gardens or lagoon (assigned on arrival), some with a private balcony and jacuzzi. Rooms are approximately 22 square metres in size.

Deluxe Room : Deluxe Rooms are elegantly decorated with a king or twin beds and overlook the Hotel gardens or lagoon (assigned on arrival), some with private balcony and jacuzzi. Rooms are approximately 25 square metres in size.

Junior Suites : The Hotel has 25 Junior Suites with king or twin beds and overlook the gardens, pool area or lagoon (assigned on arrival), some with private balcony and jacuzzi, and range in size from approximately 33 to 35 square metres.

Suites : The Hotel has 20 Standard, Superior and Deluxe one bedroom suites with king or twin beds, overlooking the lagoon or the gardens, (assigned on arrival) some with balcony and jacuzzi, and ranging in size from approximately 37 to 85 square metres.  

Palladio Suite : The magnificent Palladio Suite recreates the fairy tale that is Venice in a magical space spun out of light, transparent crystal and pure air.

Fortuny Restaurant : Delicately blown glass, precious fabrics and amber-coloured mirrors, magnificent views of the lagoon and architectural details reminiscent of St. Mark's dome come together to create the perfect setting for a relaxed candlelit dinner.

Fortuny Terrace : The Fortuny Terrace is set in a lush flowered garden with a beautiful antique water fountain bordering the lagoon. The gentle sounds of the bar piano float on the warm evening air across the Terrace garden, making dinner a truly romantic moment to treasure.

CIP's Club : Located on the Fondamenta delle Zitelle with the most beautiful views across the lagoon to St Mark's Square is Cip's Club Restaurant. Its service and food is refined but casual, and very Venetian.

Gabbiano Poolside Restaurant : Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the S. Giorgio Basilica and located by the famous Olympic-size pool of the Cipriani, the Gabbiano Poolside Restaurant is a special vantage point from where Venice can be admired without having to leave your seat.

Pool Snack Bar : The pool snack bar serves light snacks and drinks to guests in the pool area, overlooking the lagoon.

Tennis
Our red clay tennis court, the only one in central Venice, is situated in the beautiful Venetian garden of the hotel, on the edge of the lagoon.

Lessons are available upon request, with a professional instructor.

Bar and snack service can be arranged from a telephone located on the court and locker rooms and showers are available in the swimming pool area.  Baseball hats and shirts may be purchased in the hotel boutique.

Boating
Private boat excursions with captain to the main islands of Venice, Murano, Burano and Torcello are available, upon request. For information or reservations, please contact our Concierge.
Golf - Alberoni, Lido, Venice
During the months of March, April and October every morning at 9:30 am our private launch leaves for the Golf Course Alberoni (40 minutes).

This service is for guests who have previously booked our special programme - Golf at the Cipriani.  The return is foreseen at about 4 pm.  This service does not operate on Sundays and Mondays.
