It is a quiet and tranquil location, yet just two kilometres from Santa Teresa di Gallura with its yacht harbour. From the house there are wonderful views of the cliffs of Bonafacio on Corsica. The Costa Smeralda with its smart resorts such as Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo are only a 30 - 50 minute drive away. The villa is very well furnished and equipped with all modern comforts. A particular feature of the property is the lovely veranda to the front of the house. There is also a 9m x 4m swimming pool framing the beautiful seaviews. Please note the self-contained apartment is a slightly lower standard than the rest of the house.
