The Park-Hotel Mondschein-Luna is one of the hotels with the longest traditions of all of the hotels in the historical centre of Bolzano. It was first mentioned in the Middle Ages with the name of Taverna Manschein (moon light) and it has been in possession of the Mayr family since 1798. The hotel can look back upon a moving history: after the war, in 1946, the hotel was reconstructed and was restored over the course of the last few years in order to respond to all of the modern needs for comfort.
