This delightful property is set in the most desirable location in the beautiful hills in the heart of Tuscany on the Strada del Vino delle Colline di Arezzo. (The Arezzo Wine Route). The villa has been furnished to reflect the authenticity of a Tuscan experience, including all bedrooms with delightful terracotta floor tiles and beamed ceilings. Every room in the main house and the bedroom in the apartment are air-conditioned. The well manicured, fenced garden is full of flowers, olive trees and equipped with a large patio with a real pizza oven and barbecue. It is the perfect place for alfresco dining. There is an amazing infinity swimming pool (16m x 5m) with a sauna and pool house with shower.

Main House – Ground Floor (6 guests):
• Large and charming living room with fireplace, satellite TV and open to the dining area with views of the gardens.

First Floor:
• Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with shower only.
• Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and shower and walk-in closet.
Apartment (2 guests):
• Spacious living room with fireplace, TV/stereo.
• Kitchenette.
• Double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Staff
Maid service is included for three hours a day, twice a week. Cook available on request. The villa owner lives on the same estate.
