This lovely watermill dates back to the 1400’s and is situated in a green valley by a stream and the road between the villages of Gaiole and Radda in Chianti. The main building has wonderful vaulted ceilings and terracotta floors. The property has been restored in a very sympathetic manner and sits in large gardens with lawns, terraces and a stream irrigating a small vegetable garden. The stream is spanned by a wooden footbridge leading to a very secluded swimming pool (14m x 7m). Ideally situated in the heart of Chianti region this charming property is well equipped with VCR, DVD, CD player, fax and satellite TV. Please note that the Annexe is of a lesser standard than the main house.
