La Quercia the smaller, sister house to San Martino, is a lovely barn conversion located in a private and secluded area on a hillside promontory offering outstanding views over Tuscany. The interiors are stylish yet simple, with light and airy rooms, high quality kitchens and bathrooms finished with traditional local stone and cool terracotta floors. The combination of beautiful antique furniture and high specification mod cons such as wireless Internet connection, enable guests to enjoy all the comforts of home while on holiday. The villa divides into two cottages, cleverly designed to be rented together for large groups or families. Every bedroom benefits from air-conditioning and all have mosquito blinds. The gardens immediately surrounding the property have been sympathetically landscaped and short paths lead down through woods to the beautiful curved infinity pool (12m x 6m), which is surrounded by lavender, a wooden pergola, comfortable teak seating, shaded and sunbathing areas and boasts views across the vineyards and olive groves.

Cottage One (4 + 2 guests) - all on one level:
• Spacious open-plan living area with open fireplace, DVD/CD player and Plasma TV, and well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area.
• Two twin/double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room.
• Bathroom with bath and shower.
• Roll-aways can be provided for two extra guests.
Cottage Two (6 guests) - all on one level:
• Light and airy open-plan living area with open fireplace, kitchen and dining area with French doors to the dining terrace.
• Simply furnished twin/double bedroom with en suite shower room.
• Two twin/double bedrooms.
• Bathroom with bath.
Staff
Maid service included for two hours a day, twice a week. Cook available on request.
Villa managers live in a first floor apartment.
