An orchard of peaches, plums, figs and vines separates the two pretty farmhouses that make up Podere Saltocchio situated a mere ten minute drive from the ancient walled town of Lucca. The properties, originally used for milling flour and the making of wine, have been restored to a very high standard, maintaining Tuscan colours, terracotta tiles and original wooden beams throughout. They share a heated 14m x 8m swimming pool which is located on a walled terrace, providing shelter and privacy. Please note that the owner may occupy the smaller house if not rented but will not use the swimming pool.
