High atop a dramatic Tuscan hill, Villa Melissa and Casa Victoria are part of Il Castello - a collection of houses forming a picturesque hamlet within the shadow of an impressive 11thC castle. Perched high above the Val di Chiana, the setting is incomparable for its breathtaking views.

Three bedrooms with 3 full en suite bathrooms (tub, shower, double sinks) in both in Casa Victoria and in Villa Melissa. Each house has the same combination of bed sizes (1 King 72"; 1 Queen, 66"; and 1 Twin, 39", which can be combined as a King).

Elegant living room with fireplace. Dining room seats up to 8.  Outdoor dining.  Private study.  Casa Victoria also has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room & eat-in, well-equipped kitchen.

Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher; satellite TV, CD stereo in all houses.

Beautifully tended grounds with fruit trees, olive trees, and magnificent views. Outdoor terraces. Quiet footpath leads to swimming pool (39'x 20') with private seating areas, pool house, change room & bathroom. NOTE: may share swimming pool with other guests when Casa Teatro and Casa Janine are being used concurrently by a separate group.
