For many years the owners of Castello delle Racchiusole searched the non-tourist areas of Italy for their ideal place to live. They found it here, at the head of a valley with far reaching views across the Umbrian hills. With just five houses on this 280 acre site, privacy, space, peace and quiet are assured, as is a very high standard of comfort. The 12m x 6m swimming pool is situated below the house and is overlooked by a pleasant dining terrace, with table and chairs and barbecue. Just below the pool is the horses’ paddock, and beyond are breathtaking views of the mountains around. Scopetaccio and Casa Barnetti are the two other properties on the estate that we feature.
