As you arrive down the long private drive, you already sense the unique setting of this home (600m above sea level), but it is only as you round the stone farmhouse and discover the outdoor terrace and infinity swimming pool that the landscape unfolds in a broad, breathtaking panorama. A 1000-year old olive tree beside the terrace confirms the spectacular setting like an exclamation point.

The high road between Todi and Orvieto is just down the road and allows easy access to the best of the region, while basic services and a local café are found in the neighboring village... if you can ever tear yourself away from the inspiring landscape of Paradiso.

Six bedrooms in the main house & annex sleep 12 guests. Second floor: bedroom 1 (King, 71") with en suite bathroom (shower); bedroom 2 (King, 71") with en suite bath (shower) ; bedroom 3 (large Twins, 55") with large en suite bath (double sinks, corner bath/shower). Ground floor: spacious bedroom 4 (Queen, 63") has private bathroom (bath/shower) and direct access to the outside. Annex: bedroom 5 (large Twins, 55") & bedroom 6 (Queen, 63") share bathroom (bath/shower). Powder room in main hall.

Generous sitting/TV, living room & informal dining room flow openly through wide archways, and give directly to outdoor terraces through double glass doors. Evening dining room seats 14 comfortably. The large, high ceilinged kitchen with central island and breakfast table open to the covered dining terrace. Upper central hall offers a children's play area
