Day 2 Palermo
Upon arrival to Palermo airport (PMO ) independent transfer to your hotel. Tonight, enjoy a Welcome Dinner at local restaurant.(D)

Day 3 Palermo - Monreale
Morning walking tour includes a visit to the Capo Market. Continue to the Massimo Theatre Square and visit the Palatine Chapel and Hall of King Roger II , the Four Corners and the great Pretoria Square. Afternoon visit Monreale to admire the gold mosaics. Return to Palermo. Dinner on your own. (BB)

Day 4 Cefalù - Piazza Armerina
Departure to Cefalù, a charming coastal town. We visit the city centre and enjoy a walk to reach the Cathedral. Drive through the interior of Sicily to reach Piazza Armerina, where we tour one of the most impressive villas of the late Roman Empire.
Continue to reach Taormina. Dinner at hotel.(BB D)

Day 5 Catania - Syracuse
Morning departure to Catania, the city of lava standing in the shadow of Mount Etna. We visit the old centre of the city. Later, we drive to Syracuse and walk on the island of Ortygia. We enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon, we visit the magnificent Archaeological Park. Return to Taormina. (BB L)

Day 6  Taormina
Today at leisure to self explore or shop or optional Etna Volcano jeep ride (BB)

Day 7  Caltagirone & Agrigento
We drive to Caltagirone, an important town for pottery and ceramics. We continue to Agrigento to see the finest of all ancient Greek sites. Dinner at hotel. After dinner, we enjoy a tour of Agrigento by night to admire the Illuminated Temples. (BB D)

Day 8  Segesta, Salt Way Road, Erice & Olive Oil Factory
Today, we drive to Segesta to see the famous Doric Temple. We continue to Trapani where we admire Salt Way Road and Sicilian windmills. Continue to the medieval hill town of Erice. We continue to a local pastry-shop to taste marzipans and almond pastry. Afternoon, we drive to a local Olive Oil Factory for our Farewell Cocktail and tasting of antipasti, local olive oil, bruschette, pizza and local cheese. Continue to Palermo. (BB FC)

Day 9  Palermo
Time to say goodbye to Sicily. Independent transfer to Palermo airport (PMO ). (BB)
