Days 1-2: USA or Canada/Milan/Lake Como

Day 3: Lake Como

Day 4: Lake Como/Milan/Bologna
Travel to Milan, the Italian capital of industry and fashion. Visit the elegant 19th century Galleria Vittorio Emanuele arcade, one of the oldest shopping malls in Italy, and the imposing Duomo (cathedral), the largest Gothic building in Italy. Continue in first-class comfort on the Eurostar train to Bologna with lunch on board. On arrival, walk through its historic central area to the 14th-century Basilica of San Petronio, the Santo Stefano church complex and the medieval "leaning towers," the Torre Garisenda and Torre degli Asinelli. Day 5: Bologna/Ravenna/Bologna
Drive to Ravenna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its remarkable mosaics. Visit the sixth-century Cathedral of San Vitale and in nearby Classe, stop at the exquisite Basilica of Sant'Apollinare. After lunch return to Bologna where the afternoon is at leisure. Day 6: Bologna/Pompeii/Ravello

Discover the delightful Amalfifi Coast, with a stop at Amalfifi's St. Andrew's Cathedral. After some leisure time, continue to beautiful Positano, perched on the cliffs overlooking the sea.
