Cuisine inspired by Michel Roux The quality and content of our menus are directed by this world-famous master chef. Main restaurant Enjoy first class cuisine with first class views. These two-tiered restaurants feature floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views. Service is European-style and attentive, but never obtrusive.
Speciality restaurants Available onboard Millennium Class ships and Century. The speciality restaurants provide guests with a new experience in dining in which the cuisine is presented and finished tableside. These restaurants all have a unique ambience with original features from classic liners and also accommodate a dine-in wine cellar and a viewing kitchen.
Casual Dining Guests may choose from many enticing dining options, throughout the day and night in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. New culinary choices offered daily include

Dining Attire The number of casual, informal and formal nights on the cruise will vary by cruise duration. As a guide on a standard 7 night cruise there are 3 casual, 2 informal and 2 formal nights. There will be a maximum of 3 formal nights on cruises of longer duration. For evening wear allow for:
- Casual - trousers and top or skirt and blouse for women; or sports shirt and trousers for men
- Informal - dress or trouser suit for women; jacket and shirt are requested for men
- Formal - cocktail or evening dress for women; suit and tie or tuxedo for men
