Day 2. Great Barrier Reef. After an early breakfast, cruise to the Great Barrier reef where we spend time snorkelling, scuba diving or coral viewing from one of our glass bottom boats. A highlight of the trip is a cruise through the “Reef River”, a narrow 200 ft channel that winds its way between two spectacular reef systems. After dinner you can stargaze from the top deck or try you hand at some reef fishing. Day 3. Hayman Island to South Molle Island. Return to the islands with a stopover at beautiful Blue Pearl Bay on Hayman Island for another glimpse into the underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef and its inhabitants. Cruise to Mantaray Bay where you can hand feed the giant Maori Wrasse “Fat Albert”. After lunch, cruise through breathtaking Nara Inlet a fjord like inlet where we anchor and you can take a short walk to view ancient aboriginal art from the Ngaru tribe. Overnight at South Molle Island . Day 4. Return to Shute Harbour. Before breakfast we take an early morning rainforest hike to Spion Kop on South Molle Island for a spectacular view over the Whitsunday passage and 74 islands before returning to Shute Harbour and Hamilton Island. Day 1. Depart Shute Harbour. After a brief stopover at Hamilton Island (you can also join the cruise at Hamilton Island), cruise to Whitehaven Beach, voted one of the top ten beaches in the world. Swim in the crystal clear water, stroll the endless white silica sands or take a guided hike to the crows nest at world heritage Hill Inlet.|
